Frequently asked questions
Is Stone Island the cruise port?+
No. Ships dock at the Mazatlán cruise terminal. Stone Island (Isla de la Piedra) is a separate beach excursion destination that needs a long printed window.
Do ships dock in Mazatlán?+
Yes. Mazatlán is a dock port at the cruise terminal within the commercial port complex. Leave honest margin for pier logistics and security on the way back — we do not invent a numeric buffer.
Do you offer instant online booking?+
No. We use enquire-to-book. You send ship date and guest details; we confirm partner supply and timing by email. No payment is taken at enquiry.
Are the prices on product pages final?+
Listed retail figures are a guide only. Reconfirm when you enquire — partner rates and inclusions can change.
Where is the ship schedule?+
ASIPONA Mazatlán official January 2026 ship/date rows are published here. Clock times are not in the source — the planner may need your printed hours ashore. The authority YE projection of ~151 calls is market context only and is not converted into day-level schedule rows. Use Find my cruise with published ship/date when available; enter printed hours when clock times are missing.
Do you guarantee return to the ship?+
No. We plan with return buffers in mind and confirm timing when we reply, but we do not claim a guaranteed return-to-ship.
How do I contact you?+
Email hello@mazatlanshoreexcursion.com or use the enquire form. We do not publish a public phone number on this site.
